1. When will my order be shipped?

Due to high demand and limited staff, orders may require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
We truly appreciate your patience and are working hard to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your region.

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada / Australia / Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Please note that unexpected delays (weather, customs, peak seasons) may occur.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order at our Track Order page or through the courier’s website.

4. I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam / junk folder.
If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@yourstore.com with your name and order number.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not been processed yet, we can help modify or cancel it.
Please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order.
Once shipped, the order can no longer be changed.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging.
To start a return, please email us with your order number and photos of the product.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue.

8. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Refunds are available for damaged items, missing items, or wrong items delivered.
Refund will be returned to your original payment method.

9. I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

If your order has not been processed, we can help update your address.
Please email us immediately with the correct information.

10. Will I be charged customs duties?

Most orders do not incur extra customs fees.
If there are any charges, customers are responsible for local import duties.

11. How can I contact customer service?

12.Why has my tracking not updated?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans the package. 
Please don’t worry — your order is still on the way.

Q: When will I receive my tracking number after placing an order?

A: We usually process orders within 1–2 business days.
Once your item passes our quality check, a tracking number will be sent to your email automatically.
Please note that during busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
